Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 6 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1)─ a) in the prefatory statement by deleting the expression “5 (1) (f)” appearing immediately after the word “section” and substituting therefor the expression “5 (1) (f)”; b) by deleting the word “five” appearing immediately after the words “term of” in paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the word “three”. We are seeking to correct a typographical error in the cross-referencing and to limit the term of other members of the Board to three years. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman.
