    "content": "I thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended in the definition of “Cabinet Secretary” by deleting the words “Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for matters relating to business registration” and substituting thereof the words “Attorney-General”. We are seeking to ensure that the Cabinet Secretary as defined in the Interpretation Section is the Attorney-General. This is because the Memorandum of Objects and Reasons of the Bill clearly states that this is a parastatal under the Attorney- General’s Office. Therefore, we are aligning that definition with the Memorandum of Objects and Reasons as contained in the Bill. I thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman."
