    "content": " Just look at it keenly. What should be done here is renumbering, which the Legal Department will do. If you read it properly, you can number it in Roman or in alphabetical and make it a full sentence. Clause 6 (1) will read something like this: “Goods which are taken out from any part of the customs territory and brought into the special economic zones or services provided from part of the customs territory to a special economic zone shall be deemed to have been exported from Kenya”. So, it makes a full sense that way if it is paragraph 1. Then the second one becomes paragraph 2."
