"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, the reason I am a bit opposed to this very lengthy period of providing regulations is that, sometimes, it is not good. We have been in this House and you have heard me complaining about the regulations governing the Engineers Act which have been pending now for almost four years. Of course, I know then we did not include definite time limit. Yes, he has explained it. I know it is back and forth because subsidiary legislation requires participation of the public. Honestly, if we are to conform to the object and purpose of the Act, then personally, I would be persuaded that six months looks a bit too long."
