Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 28 of the Bill be amended in Sub-clause (c) by inserting the words “to be enacted within a hundred and eighty (180) days of the coming into force of this Act. If you look at that Clause 28 (c), it talks about land use regulations. So, we are still pegging our hand on180 days for the Cabinet Secretary to bring it."
