I must take this opportunity to thank the Leader of the Majority Party for the good work that he has done in terms of sponsoring this Business Registration Service Bill. I want to thank the Members of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs who spent time scrutinizing this Bill. This is a very good Bill. The parastatal that is being created is to ensure that we move up the scale in terms of providing a conducive environment for doing business in this country. It is important that a parastatal be installed to manage the Insolvency Bill, the Companies Bill and the consequential amendments Bill that this House has passed."
