    "content": "This Bill is trying to make sure that Members of Parliament are not gagged as they do their work and they have the freedom to undertake their responsibilities without any fear. This is very important because as we move forward as a country; we need to make sure that, just as we appreciate and respect separation of powers, we make sure, as parliamentarians, we do our work; we have no business to look back to see who is behind us, or look sideways to see who is beside us. This, at the end of the day, will ensure that we shall do our work professionally."
