    "content": "The other important thing is, even as we go ahead to make this Bill a law, we need to think about our county assemblies. I plead with them that when this law goes through, they also enact laws with the same thinking, so that they are also protected while undertaking their work. The county assemblies are also legislative assemblies. They make laws just as we do. They represent people and also provide oversight."
