He has been at the forefront for the time I have known him as a legislator, in ensuring that Parliament and Parliamentarians are given the space they need to exercise what is democratically bestowed upon them by the people of Kenya. The Constitution is very clear that the sovereign power of our country belongs to the people of Kenya."
