    "content": "As Hon. Mbadi said, Clause 30 is extremely important. Members of this House and Members of Committees have been accused of extortion and seeking favours. That has clearly been taken into consideration to preserve the dignity of the House. I also think that being in this position, sometimes, allegations can be made. It is important that we look at this clause to protect Members of the Assembly from allegations which may actually not be true."
