    "content": "It is critical because we have the Constitution 2010. It has not been actualised properly. People do not know their roles. Sometimes, when witnesses are summoned, they are not forthright. They do not give evidence as they should. They hide information from committees of the House. It is good we have come up with this Bill. When such a thing happens, what do you do? We have put in law the action which will be taken on those who will appear before committees and give false information. They mislead the committees. This is very important."
