Is the Assistant Minister in order to say that he will consider the issue if new schools have been started, yet when these schools were being identified the Ministry of Education, in conjunction with the Treasury, agreed on the schools which should be funded and the modalities of doing so? Could he be clear? If they are going to complete them, in which financial year will they do so? He should not leave the matter hanging!"
