    "content": "Clause 31 makes reference to section 24 of the Insurance (Motor Vehicle Third Party Risks) Act. Even the content of the amendment itself does not relate to the Insurance (Motor Vehicle Third Party Risks) Act, which is made reference to and has only 18 sections. So, when you make reference to Section 24 yet in the parent Act there are only18 sections it becomes redundant. So, we are proposing that this be deleted because it makes reference to a law that does not exist."
