Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 48 of the Bill be amended in the proposed section 41(5) of the Insurance Act by deleting the words “section 383” appearing immediately after the words “meaning of” and substituting therefor the words “section 384”. We are seeking to align the cross-referencing as a result of the changes that were made in the Companies Bill. We are changing from Section 383 to 384 because of the changes that we made there."
