Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 59 of the Bill be amended in the proposed Section 122 of the Insurance Act by deleting the words “Section 383” appearing immediately after the words “purpose of” and substituting therefor the words “Section 384”. We are seeking to align the cross-references that were changed in the Companies Bill, 2015 with this Bill."
