Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 85 of the Bill be amended in the proposed Section 35B (9) of the Banking Act by deleting the words “Part 2 of the First Schedule to” appearing immediately after the words “commencement of” This is to remove unnecessary words contained in this Bill, so that we can align it with the other parts that delete and make amendments to the other parts of the Banking Act."
