This is because some people get these cheques from the banks and prepare them well in advance before the Ministry is ready and willing to receive them. So, I would agree with the hon. Member if she has the date of the cheque. I am prepared to get the blame, but I do not think that the cheque was dated 6th March, but I stand to be corrected on the issue."
