I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 173 of the Bill be amended in the proposed Section 33(2)(a) of the National Payment System Act by deleting the words “Part 12 of the First Schedule to” appearing immediately after the words “commencement of”. This is to remove unnecessary words because the Companies Bill does not contain that reference. I thank you."
