    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I support this amendment particularly on the zero-rating of vaccines for human and veterinary medicine. Making medicaments accessible to human is very important because accessing medical facilities in this country is very expensive and it can be made more expensive if medicaments are taxable. Therefore, by zero-rating them, it will make it cheaper and accessible."
