    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, this is a very small amendment which basically seeks to delete the word “rules” and substitute therefor the word “regulation”. I found it to be a mischievous way of avoiding these regulations coming to this House by using the word “rules”. I want to make sure that we use the word “regulations”. For such regulations to get the force of law, they will have to come to this House."
