    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I support the amendment by Hon. Ichungw’ah because a regulation is a better word and it will ensure that this House is frequently updated on any rules which are made. I think he fears that when you use rules, the Cabinet Secretary (CS) may not bring those rules to this House as per the Statutory Instruments Act. To allay the fears of the CS, the Statutory Instruments Act says that if Parliament does not act on regulations which have been submitted within 14 days, they are deemed to have been approved. So, the fears of the CS should not arise. Therefore, we support what the Member has proposed."
