Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 11 of the Bill be amended— (a) in paragraph (a) by deleting subparagraph (ii) and substituting therefore the following new subparagraph— “(ii) by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph (j) (k) tax upon gross rental receipts of a person chargeable to tax under section 6A shall be charged at the resident rate specified under the Third Schedule for that year of income.”; (l) the transfer of interest in a person shall be charged as per provisions of the Ninth Schedule."
