Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 15 of the Bill be amended by– (a) deleting item (i) and substituting therefor a new item (i) as follows– (i) the income is in respect of gains or profits for use or occupation of immovable property earned by a person, and, (b) deleting the expression “the expenditure” appearing in subsection (3) and substituting therefor with the expression “the gross rent, premium or similar consideration for the use or occupation of immovable property”."
