    "content": "Let me explain. The amendment seeks to specify the category of property that qualifies for amnesty. If you do not have documents, you are given a reduction of up to 40 per cent. If you do not keep your records of expenses, then you will only be allowed to deduct a maximum of 40 per cent. If you have documents, then you can be given a higher percentage."
