    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, the import on this 25 per cent which Hon. Jakoyo was asking was just to increase the number of listed companies in the Stock Exchange. Hon. Dennis well explained it that we need to have more listed companies. With this tax incentive, we are going to have more listed companies in the Stock Exchange. The special economic zones have been well explained. When you come to paragraph 3(m), the Finance Bill of 2013 was 20 per cent. We have now reduced it to 7.5 per cent, which will make the collections better and easier to collect from the book makers other than the players."
