    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, when you look at the Central Bank Act, there is an anomaly in the appointment of the Chairperson of the Central Bank. I do not know whether it was a typographical error. It is not clear how the Chair should be appointed. So, we wish to make it clear just as all the chairs of parastatals and State commissions. We should make it clear that it is the President to appoint so that we remove that anomaly. That is what the new clause is seeking to address."
