    "content": "Amendment of section 11 of Cap. 491. THAT, 43B. Section 13 of the Central Bank Act is amended in subsection (1) by deleting the word “Parliament” and substituting therefor the words “the National Assembly”. This is where the Leader of the Majority should come in. When you look at the Central Bank Act on the vetting of the governor, the chairperson and directors, the wording in the Central Bank Act is Parliament. That brings confusion. So, we want to make it specifically the function of the National Assembly which is the mandate of this House. So, that is what basically we are proposing to do there."
