    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I support this amendment. The PPP is a new thing in this country. You know the way these things work is that when you start something new, you go through processes, you note the things that happen then you change them as you go on. As we speak now, we have just been doing this annuity thing under the Private Public Partnership (PPP). What has come out is, if you do not have these kinds of conditions, the investors could run this country down by taking--- The Government puts money on the PPP. This is a very important amendment that I want to support and I think it should remain in the books."
