    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I wish I could be allowed to freely express myself without thinking that you are trying to gag me. We are dealing with a very important Bill. Of course, you know that we do not have the numbers. We were raising a procedural question because we were not agreeing with the way everything was going. At the point when the Leader of the Majority Party was talking about the re-committal by the Deputy Leader of the Minority Party, I had also wanted to express my reservations. I hope that the substantive Speaker will do the needful in the afternoon. That has a lot of consequences in this country especially on our financial sector. We would wish that a lot of stakeholders are brought on board, so that it is discussed and we do not get into something that can easily bring the economy of this country down. Otherwise, we feel gagged and we know we will address it at a different forum."
