    "content": "Hon. Members, as you are aware, the Health Bill (National Assembly Bill No.14 of 2015) was published on 17th April, 2015 and is awaiting Second Reading. I am also aware of a legislative proposal to publish a Bill to provide for the regulation and registration of medical laboratory scientists. While addressing this petition, the Departmental Committee should, therefore, appraise the petitioner on the contents of the two pieces of legislation, as proposed. Pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.227, the petition stands committed to the Departmental Committee on Health for consideration."
