These are the reasons why Kenyans should go and seek some directions from the courts if they were not excited about thuluthi mbili . Even these are very critical Bills. The Members of the Committee from the National Assembly admit that no report has been produced. In the course of the day tomorrow, I should communicate what then becomes of this kind of scenario where a Committee, which has been given a period within which to table a report, fails to table a report. This is something that can easily affect the entire House. We must have a way of putting an end to this matter of the two Bills. We may recall the Bills and present them for assent because we cannot wait forever. If we continue doing this, we will not be helping the country in moving forward.
