    "content": "Under this discretion, when you read this Standing Order together with Standing Order No. 1, which my colleagues have pointed to earlier, we wish to persuade you. I was moved and persuaded by Hon. Kajuju’s very passionate persuasion. I join her just like many of my other colleagues. What happened yesterday was a historic moment. The ruling will set a precedent for this House just as our Constitution requires re-shaping and ensuring that we put it into a shape that will guide very many generations. This Standing Order and the precedent, which your guidance will set, will make future rulings of this kind of situations to be a lot clearer. We are likely to face this kind of a situation again in various forms. Therefore, just as the two-thirds gender rule, which is coming our way in the very near future, there are many near future possible occurrences which we can point a finger at to say that a good precedent set now might help us in difficult days ahead."
