It was why we are using buses which are totally unsuitable to carry passengers. They have narrow and steep entrances. Why can we not get suitable buses? If we can get the National Youth Service (NYS) buses at a 24 hour notice and throw away those matatus and Mbukinya country buses, this can be done very quickly."
