    "content": " That still does not solve the problem. If you are talking about the agreements that you made within the Committee, it is perfect. As I have said, you have the right as the Mover of this Bill to move amendments, including further amendments. The only problem is that it becomes difficult for Members to follow you when they are strictly using what is in the Order Paper. You have fresh amendments which have not been circulated and I am yet to confirm whether they have been seen by the Speaker. That is the only issue. It is not that it creates a lot of major issues. You have a right to proceed one way or the other. The issue is for us to do some neat proposals."
