"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to request for a Ministerial Statement from the Minister for Forestry and Wildlife regarding the Menengai Forest. The forest has been invaded and all the trees destroyed. What measures has he taken to stop the destruction because we will have no forest? Secondly, a cess is being collected by officers from the Ministry without giving any receipts. They promise the visitors that they would get their receipts as they come down from the crater but when they go down, they do not get any receipts."
