Clause 16 (6) says: “Any validity of any authorisation purporting to be issued cannot be challenged in any court of law in Kenya.” Knowing Kenya, if my property or goods are destroyed, I have no recourse because those people enjoy the same immunities as diplomats. So, why those vast amounts of power?"
