    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended in Clause 17 by deleting Sub-clause (5). This amendment seeks to delete Sub-clause (5) as it defines a term which, according to the structure of the Bill, should actually be in the definition section of the Bill. It is just a question of rearrangement and it is not material. In the definition section of the Bill, you will find that definition of that title."
