    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. This amendment achieves a contrary purpose. The words which are deleted are to specify the court to deal with the matter. What the words are saying is that it is the court by or before which the matter was, to make those additional orders. If you delete those words, you open it to a person to go before any court than the court which was dealing with the matter for an order. I, therefore, oppose this amendment."
