    "content": "On this one, I agree with the Committee, save that I notice that there are certain amendments that were agreed between us and the Committee, but which are absent. They are in the background documents but they are not on the Order Paper. I had requested the Leader of the Majority Party that if we complete the Bill now, we will not have an opportunity for recommittal and we have requested for a recommittal on a few things. Otherwise, on this, I support the amendment."
