Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 5 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1) by inserting the words “to uplift the living standards of the fishing communities and to introduce fishing to traditionally non-fishing communities and to enhance food security “immediately after the words “sustainable development”; (b) in sub-clause (2) by— (i) inserting the word “and” immediately after the words “allocation of” in paragraph (b); (ii) inserting the word “and” immediately after the word “biodiversity” in paragraph (e); (iii) deleting the words “general the” appearing in paragraph (g) and substituting therefor the words “the general”"
