But as the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives, we found it to be bloated. All of them were Cabinet Secretaries (CSs). Therefore, the essence of this amendment is to remove the irrelevant CSs and reduce the membership of the council. Secondly, we intend to include outsiders and other stakeholders,"
