We are only trying to amend because this is the Board. The Board can never be competitively recruited. We are saying it should be done on open appointments. On the other hand, there are some sections which are repetitive. So, that is why we have really amended to remove those repetitions as indicated in (i). In (b), we are only trying to put the position of the chairperson to be gender sensitive in a way that the deputy comes from a different gender from that of the chairman. They should not be of the same gender."
