Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 13 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting thereof the following new sub-clause— “(1) A member of the Board shall declare his or her interest in any matter falling within the functions of the Board in which the member of the Board knows or ought to have reasonably known that an interest exists, as described in subsection (5); (b) by deleting sub-clause (2); (c) in sub-clause 5 by deleting the word “or” appearing in sub-paragraph (iii) of paragraph (a);"
