    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I have listened to the brief by the Leader of the Majority Party. I was just wondering because I have seen a practice where we bring Bills and apparently the HBC does not give priority to Bills that have gone through the Second Reading, and should be coming for the Third Reading. Would it not be prudent if we gave priority to Bills that should be coming to the Committee of the whole House like the In- Vitro Fertilisation Bill for purposes of continuity? This is so that we do not have Bills that are done half way and then create a technicality for the next Parliament. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
