    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, most of the teachers in this grade are supposed to have retired if we did not push the retirement age to 60 years. The Assistant Minister has indicated that he expects the 123 teachers to provide their documents for verification. I expect the TSC to have all these records. If they do not have them, what are they doing to ensure that all teachers in Kenya faced with the same matter actually provide all the documents and that they undergo the Teachers Proficiency Course for promotion so that they are not left out?"
