    "content": "more can play in. Many of our microfinance institutions have the capacity and ability to actually be banks. I hope Members are going to support it. One other thing that I want to be grateful for was the promise that had been made by the Cabinet Secretary (CS) and even the President that institutions or organisations that are going to hire, at least, 10 graduates within less than six months after their graduation are going to get tax rebate. That is a very progressive provision. It is going to help our young people get employment and help us deal with the issue of unemployment. For that, I applaud the President because he said it in his State of the Nation Address and the CS reiterated it. This is action showing that, indeed, this Government is a Government of kusema na kutenda . With those few remarks, I thank you and I support."
