Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 3 of the Bill be amended in subclause (2) by deleting the words appearing immediately after the words “price the goods and services” and substituting therefor “according to the Fourth Schedule of the East African Community Customs Management Act.” This is to align the method of determination of values to the Fourth Schedule of the East African Community Customs Management Act."
