    "content": "I was also happy with the Excise Duty Bill in which we targeted agro-products like juice for tax relief. The agro industry is going to be the basis of our growth, particularly for the youth. It is also good to remove tax on boda bodas. As Hon. Midiwo said, we should make those motorbikes here. We should transform the East African Community (EAC) into a political union. It is long overdue. We will have time to discuss that later. Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
