    "content": " Hon. Senators, I have a number of communications to make today. TEMPORARY RELOCATION FROM KICC OFFICES Hon. Senators, you may recall that during the workshop of the Senate held on 27th August, 2015, I issued a communication regarding the need for Members of Parliament (MPs) to temporarily relocate from some floors of the Kenya International Convention Centre (KICC) in order to facilitate the hosting of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) Ministerial Conference scheduled to take place from 13th to 18th December, 2015. I would like to reiterate that the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) has requested that Members occupying offices on 3rd, 4th, 5th 11th, 12th and 13th floors at the KICC be temporarily relocated. Affected Senators are advised to seek alternative accommodation and to liaise with the Director, Finance and Accounting Services for reimbursement for the stated period. Hon. Senators, the KICC will restore the offices to the original state for use by the affected Members not later than 1st February, 2016. I, therefore, urge all the affected Senators to relocate without further delay in order to avail the offices for the WTO’s use. I thank you for your cooperation and understanding. WTO MINISTERIAL CONFERENCE SENSITIZATION MEETING FOR SENATORS Hon. Senators, as you may be aware, Kenya will be hosting the 10th WTO Ministerial Conference in Nairobi from 15th to 18th December, 2015.
