    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to appreciate the Members who have come to join us. On behalf of the Committee of Implementation, I want to welcome the Implementation Committee on Bungoma County for seeing it important to come and benchmark with the Senate. This morning we had a session with them. This was a follow up of the good deliberations we had with them in March this year when we visited their county assembly. I want to take this opportunity to welcome them once more to Nairobi, particularly to the Senate. I believe we shall have more to discuss with them."
